DMCA Policy

Effective Date: 21 April 2026 Last Updated: 21 April 2026

At IPTV Vendors, we take intellectual property seriously — not because we have to, but because we believe it’s the right way to operate. The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA) provides a clear legal framework for how online platforms handle copyright-related claims, and this page exists to make that process transparent, fair, and accessible to everyone involved: rights holders, users, and our own team.

If you’ve found content on iptvvendors.com that you believe infringes your copyright, this document tells you exactly what to do. If you’ve had content removed and believe that removal was a mistake, this document covers that too. Read it carefully — the process matters.

Who We Are and What We Host

IPTV Vendors is a commercial platform operating at iptvvendors.com, providing IPTV reseller services, panel credits, and related tools to customers primarily in the United Kingdom, European Union, and North America. Our services are outlined on our homepage and detailed across our pricing page, where customers can review available credit tiers and purchase options.

As a reseller-focused platform, we do not originate, host, stream, or transmit live television, video-on-demand libraries, or broadcast content ourselves. We facilitate access to reseller infrastructure. Nonetheless, we recognise that third-party content — user-submitted information, images, written material, logos, or other media — may appear across our website in various forms, and it is precisely that content this DMCA policy governs.

We are committed to responding to legitimate copyright claims promptly and in accordance with the law.

Our Designated DMCA Agent

Under Section 512(c)(2) of the DMCA, service providers must designate an agent to receive copyright infringement notifications. IPTV Vendors has done so. All DMCA-related correspondence must be directed to our designated agent. Contacting us through general support channels or social media will not satisfy the legal requirement and may result in delays.

Designated DMCA Agent: IPTV Vendors — Copyright & Legal Team Email: legal@iptvvendors.com Postal Address: IPTV Vendors, c/o Autven (Private) Limited, Karachi, Pakistan

We strongly recommend submitting complaints by email, as this creates a clear written record and allows faster processing than postal submissions.

Section One: Filing a Copyright Infringement Complaint (Takedown Notice)

If you are a copyright owner — or an agent authorised to act on behalf of a copyright owner — and you believe that material on iptvvendors.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal takedown notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).

Before submitting, understand one thing clearly: the DMCA is a legal instrument. A notice submitted with false information, or weaponised to suppress content you simply disagree with rather than content that infringes your rights, exposes you to liability under Section 512(f) of the Act. We review all notices carefully and do not process frivolous or abusive complaints.

What Your Notice Must Include

To be valid under the DMCA, your written notification must contain all of the following elements:

1. Identification of the Copyrighted Work Clearly describe the original copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are affected by a single notice, provide a representative list. Generic statements such as “my creative content” are insufficient — be specific. Include registration numbers, original publication URLs, or other identifying information where available.

2. Identification of the Infringing Material Provide enough detail for us to locate the allegedly infringing material on our website. The most efficient way to do this is to provide the direct URL(s) where the content appears on iptvvendors.com. Screenshots are helpful as supporting documentation but do not substitute for specific location information.

3. Your Contact Information Include your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and a working email address. If you are acting as an agent on behalf of the rights holder, include the name of the organisation you represent and confirm your authorisation to act on their behalf.

4. A Statement of Good Faith Belief Include the following declaration, or words to substantially the same effect:

“I have a good faith belief that the use of the material described above in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”

5. A Statement of Accuracy and Authority Include the following declaration, or words substantially similar:

“I declare, under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States of America, that the information in this notification is accurate, and that I am the copyright owner or am authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”

6. Your Physical or Electronic Signature The notice must be signed — physically, or by a valid electronic signature. Typed signatures (e.g., /Your Name/) are accepted as electronic signatures under the DMCA.

Notices that are missing any of these elements may be considered deficient and returned to the sender for completion. We cannot act on incomplete notices.

Section Two: Our Internal Response Process

Once a valid DMCA takedown notice is received, here is what happens on our end:

We review the complaint to confirm it is formally complete and not obviously frivolous. We then make a reasonable determination about whether the identified material plausibly infringes the claimed copyright. If so, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the material pending resolution. Where we have contact information for the user or party responsible for uploading the content in question, we will notify them of the removal and forward a copy of the complaint (with any personal information redacted where appropriate).

Our target response window for complete, valid notices is 5 to 10 business days. Complex cases involving multiple URLs, technical verification, or third-party infrastructure may take longer, and we will communicate any delays.

We maintain records of all received DMCA notices. In appropriate cases — particularly repeat infringement — we reserve the right to terminate user accounts and restrict access to our services. Our full Terms of Service outline the conditions under which we may suspend or terminate accounts.

Section Three: Counter-Notification (Disputing a Removal)

Sometimes content is removed in error. A takedown notice may have been submitted by someone who does not actually hold the claimed rights, or the use of the material may have been lawful — for example, because it constitutes fair use, because the work is in the public domain, or because the submitter was simply mistaken about the source or ownership of the material.

If your content was removed from IPTV Vendors following a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was incorrect or based on misidentification, you have the right to submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

What Your Counter-Notice Must Include

1. Identification of the Removed Material Describe the material that was removed and provide the URL(s) where it appeared before removal. The more precisely you identify the content, the faster we can locate it in our records.

2. A Statement Under Penalty of Perjury Include the following:

“I declare, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.”

3. Consent to Jurisdiction You must include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or — if you are located outside the United States — any judicial district in which the service provider may be found. You must also state that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original takedown notice.

4. Your Full Contact Information Name, address, telephone number, and email address.

5. Your Physical or Electronic Signature

Submit counter-notifications to: legal@iptvvendors.com

Once a valid counter-notification is received, we will forward it to the original complainant and inform them that the removed material may be restored within 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity. If no such action is filed within that window, we may, at our discretion, restore the material.

Section Four: Repeat Infringer Policy

The DMCA requires service providers to implement and reasonably enforce a policy for terminating users who are repeat infringers. IPTV Vendors takes this obligation seriously.

We track all verified DMCA complaints associated with specific accounts, IP addresses, or user-submitted content. Users or accounts with multiple substantiated infringement complaints against them are subject to escalating consequences, up to and including permanent termination of their account and any associated services — without refund.

What constitutes “repeat infringement” under this policy is assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the severity of each incident, the nature of the content, and whether the user responded to previous notices in good faith. We do not operate on a mechanical “three strikes” rule, but we do take patterns of infringement seriously and act accordingly.

Customers who have questions about their account standing in relation to copyright compliance may contact our team through the details listed above. Note that our Refund Policy governs refunds in cases of service termination and should be reviewed before contacting us about account closure.

Section Five: Fair Use and Legitimate Use Considerations

Not all use of copyrighted material constitutes infringement. The doctrine of fair use (codified in 17 U.S.C. § 107) permits limited use of copyrighted content for purposes such as commentary, criticism, news reporting, teaching, and research, without requiring permission from the rights holder.

When evaluating takedown notices and counter-notifications, we take fair use principles into account as part of our good faith review process. We will not remove material solely because someone objects to it — the complaint must identify actual copyright infringement, not mere disagreement with the content.

We encourage copyright owners to consider whether the identified use may qualify as fair use before submitting a formal DMCA notice. Submitting a notice in bad faith — including where the sender knew or should have known the use was lawful — can expose the sender to legal liability.

Section Six: Trademark and Other Intellectual Property

This page specifically addresses copyright infringement under the DMCA. It does not govern claims related to trademark infringement, defamation, privacy violations, or other legal matters.

If you believe content on our website infringes your trademark rights, please contact us at legal@iptvvendors.com and clearly indicate the nature of your complaint. We will review it and respond appropriately, though trademark concerns are handled outside the DMCA framework.

For privacy-related concerns — including any concerns about the use of personal data on our platform — please refer to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

Section Seven: Third-Party Content and Platform Limitations

IPTV Vendors operates as a reseller services platform. While we take reasonable steps to ensure that content published on our website is either original, properly licensed, or used with appropriate permission, we cannot audit every piece of content in real time. The DMCA’s notice-and-takedown framework exists precisely because no platform can be expected to proactively identify every instance of infringement before it occurs.

We act in good faith and expeditiously once a valid complaint is brought to our attention. We do not take sides in disputes between third parties; our role is to process legitimate legal claims accurately and fairly.

If you are a content creator who has licensed material to a third party and that material has appeared on our platform without your authorisation, the notice process described in Section One above applies equally to you.

Section Eight: DMCA and International Copyright Law

IPTV Vendors serves customers across the United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, and other regions. While the DMCA is a United States statute, its notice-and-takedown framework is widely used internationally and is respected by platforms operating across jurisdictions.

UK rights holders: The UK’s equivalent framework under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (CDPA) is compatible with the DMCA process described here. You may submit a notice using the format above, and it will be treated with the same priority and rigour.

EU rights holders: European copyright law, including protections under the EU Copyright Directive, is respected at IPTV Vendors. The same notice requirements apply, and we operate within the expectations set by applicable EU regulations where relevant.

Wherever you are located, if you are a copyright owner with a legitimate claim, the process described on this page is the right starting point.

Section Nine: Modifications to This Policy

Intellectual property law evolves, and so do our operations. IPTV Vendors reserves the right to update, amend, or revise this DMCA Policy at any time without prior notice. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

We encourage users and rights holders who interact with us regularly to check back periodically. Continued use of our platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

For broader terms governing your use of our services, visit our Terms of Service. For questions about what data we hold and how we use it, our Privacy Policy has the answers. If you’re exploring our services, you’ll find full details on our homepage and across our pricing page.
